Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities under your account.

Orders, Pricing & Payments

• Deposits: Projects typically require a deposit before work begins
• Milestones: Payments are structured according to project milestones as outlined in your proposal
• Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in project delays or suspension

Revisions & Delivery

• Number of concept and revision rounds are specified in each project proposal
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed via change order
• Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client feedback
• Final delivery is contingent upon full payment

Intellectual Property & Licensing

• Final Work: Ownership of final approved logo and brand files transfers to you upon full payment
• Source Files: Design source files and unused concepts remain PixelAura's property unless otherwise agreed
• Usage Rights: You receive rights to use the final designs for their intended business purposes
• Portfolio Use: PixelAura retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio

Client Materials

You confirm that you have the rights to all content, images, text, and materials you provide to us. You warrant that all provided materials are lawful and do not infringe on any third-party rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You will not provide content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Defamatory or misleading
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Third-Party Services
